9 Kiss Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These 9 Kiss Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 9 Kiss online entertainment platform, accessible via 9kiss.biz ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

• Holding more than one account or registering using a false identity
• Player collusion to cheat the platform or other players
• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to obtain winnings
• Abuse of bonuses in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Use of another person's payment method without valid authorisation
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9 Kiss reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
